How far in advance should I book?+
Most cuts can be booked within a week, but color and bridal services we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, a 50% fee applies — no exceptions, no awkwardness.
Do you take walk-ins?+
Yes — every location holds 2 chairs daily for walk-ins on a first-come basis. Best chances are weekday mornings.
What products do you carry?+
Olaplex, K18, Davines, Oribe, Goldwell and our own MicelHaus line — all available in-salon and to ship.
Do you offer gift cards?+
